Pins Mechanical Company: More than just a great bar, this nightlife establishment offers duckpin bowling, retro pinball, and classic arcade games. 21+ after 9 pm.
O’Malley’s in the Alley: This is the second oldest bar in Cincinnati and it’s a local favorite. Daily drink specials, classic bar food. Great “hole in the wall” atmosphere.

Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden: This is one of the oldest zoos in the US, founded in 1873. In addition to checking out the zoo exhibits, be sure to visit the 75 acre botanical garden with over 3,000 plantings.
Cincinnati Music Hall: Built-in 1878, this National Historic Landmark is home to ballet, opera, the pop orchestra, the city’s symphony and the May Festival. The hall is considered one of the most beautiful venues in the world, so be sure to take a tour and see a performance.
The Purple People Bridge: The former L&N Railroad bridge between Newport and Cincinnati is now a pedestrian walkway linking the Kentucky and Ohio riverfronts. It’s the longest connector of its kind that links two states, bringing hundreds of thousands to the river’s edge for entertainment, dining, parks, and festivals.
Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame: As the oldest franchise in professional baseball, the Reds have one of the more storied histories in the game. Explore two floors of it. And on “away game” Sundays, the museum offers “Brunch, Brews and Baseball.”
Findlay Market: This public market has operated continuously in the same iron framed building since 1855. Enjoy browsing the vendors and take in one of the many market events.
Oktoberfest Zinzinnati: This annual September festival showcases the rich German heritage of Southwest Ohio. Enjoy German-style music, food, and of course, beer. This is America’s largest Oktoberfest with more than 700,000 people attending each year.
Blink Cincinnati: Every few years, the city’s prominent buildings and even bridges become art installations. The BLINK experience creates awe-inspiring art with large-scale project mapping, murals, and interactive light sculptures from around the world.
GoettaFest: Cincinnati’s Glier’s Goetta is the world’s best seller, so why not celebrate! Goetta (pronounced “get-uh”) is a German breakfast sausage of pork, beef, whole grain steel-cut oats, fresh onions, and spices. This festival is held over two Summer weekends. There’s also live music and family-friendly fun.
Cincinnati Music Festival: Held in July on the riverfront at Paycor Stadium, this 3-day music festival is host to the hottest stars in R&B, jazz, soul, and hip-hop along with up and coming musical talent.
